A hardware shop in Sultanpur, run like one
We've sold sanitary ware, bathroom and kitchen fittings and hardware from Sultanpur for over fifteen years, to homeowners and to the trade across south Delhi. Long enough that customers from our first year still send us their next flat.
RK Hardware opened in 2011 as a small counter selling pipe fittings and door hardware. South Delhi built out around us, and the shop grew with it — sanitaryware, then brassware, then the kitchen and wardrobe hardware that modular firms started asking for.
What hasn't changed is how the shop actually works. Somebody behind the counter has seen the fitting you're holding before. Bring a photograph of a leaking twenty-year-old tap and you'll be told what replaces it, whether the old one can be repaired instead, and what the difference costs. That is the service; the stock is just what makes it possible.
Four departments now run off that one counter: sanitary ware and brassware, kitchen and wardrobe systems, builders' hardware, and the plumbing materials and construction chemicals that finish the job. A contractor can stage a whole flat from a single invoice instead of chasing four suppliers, and a homeowner can match a tap, a waste and a bottle trap in one visit rather than three.
The shop itself is on the main road at Sultanpur, five minutes from the metro and opposite ESSEL Farm, with parking in front. Most of what we sell goes out over the counter the same day; the rest is delivered across Delhi & NCR, staged to suit the site rather than the van.

How we buy
Everything comes through the company's own distribution. Hardware is a market with a great deal of look-alike product in it — hinges, channels and locks especially, where a convincing copy costs a third of the real thing and fails in eighteen months. We carry genuine stock with warranty cards, holograms and serial numbers intact, and we can show the invoice trail if it matters to you.
It also means we say no to things. If a brand's quality slips, it leaves the shelf. Fifteen years of a local trade reputation is worth more than one good margin.
Who we serve
Roughly half our business is trade — carpenters, plumbers, tiling contractors, modular kitchen firms and builders working across Delhi and NCR. The other half is homeowners doing one bathroom or one kitchen, properly, once.
Both get the same stock. The difference is the rate: trade pricing steps with quantity, and it's set up permanently the first time you bring a GST number.
Why there are no prices on this website
Because they would be wrong within a month, and a wrong price is worse than none. Company list prices revise, and what you actually pay depends on quantity and whether you're buying trade or retail. Send a model number or a photo on WhatsApp and you'll have today's real rate the same day — usually within the hour during shop hours. That's slower than a price tag and considerably more accurate.
